Our proposed family gym concept began with an extensive property search for the right balance of location and building size. In establishing this fresh concept of fitness for all ages, we were tasked with providing equal space for jungle gyms and deadlifts – not your typical amalgamation for a health club. The ground floor space that was finally settled upon involved combining 3 storefront units. Locker room facilities were carved out of the renovated basement and an outdoor area in back will be utilized for additional play and class space.
